Qualities of a Good Teacher.
A teacher is, indeed, a good guide, guardian, philosopher and one of the true builders of a nation. He is surely a great person for any country. His positive role to make an educated nation is praiseworthy. He stands no comparison. But a good teacher must have some extraordinary qualities. He must be qualified. If he is qualified enough, he is sure to help the students in any situation. He should have vast knowledge in different matters of the wold. It will help a student know and learn many things around him. As a good teacher, he is a model for a learner. He is to bear some outstanding qualities like punctuality, truthfulness, honesty and sincerity.
Alongside, he needs to be friendly, amiable and helping minded. He should not neglect his duties. A good teacher is to be well-versed and a good orator. His clear speech is a proper guideline of difficult lessons. He must not use any illegible language. His excellent utterance will make the learners spell-bound. He is to be kind hearted and well-behaved. Any form of rude behaviour to the learners will make all the efforts fruitless. To sum up, teachers without having the above mentioned qualities are not known as good teachers.
